I am very interested in your bounty hunting course, have already finished another one by you. I just have a quick question before purchase, I need to know, how much of a percentage does an agency pay out of the 10% from the bail bond company to the locator and how much percentage does it pay to the person who picks up the skip and puts him/her in jail? (I know sometimes they are one and the same employee, but sometimes they split the work up)

Very rarely will they ever split up the work because the person that goes out on the pickup will not go out for anything less than his normal fees- there are many many times when you think that you have someone located- only to go out and find that things have changed. I know of one bail bond company in Austin that does employ an in-house skiptracer but the bail bondsman mostly does his own pick-ups as well, so he does not split the payout.

 

If both the skiptracer and agent works for the same company (the way we do it) then the skiptracer gets paid an a normal wage rather than a commission.
