There are no bottom line education requirements, like college or a high school diploma, to get started in bail enforcement. This is truly one of those industries where everything you will need to be successful can be learned. People from all walks of life have become successful and very few of them had previous military or law enforcement backgrounds.

 

Start with a great book (and I'm not talking about one of those paperbacks

written 10 years ago which are worthless now since so much has changed) or a course, whether that be online or at a seminar, in order to get a solid understanding of what it is we do, how we do it and what laws affect us. Without a solid footing on which to build, you will find it difficult to progress. Then get out there and find people to work with- this is where belonging to an extensive network of other recovery agents is vital!
