Hello,
I was wondering if you happen to know whether the
state of Colorado allows people to become certified for bond
enforcement if they have a criminal record. I have a class 5
felony conviction from a year ago and am on probation, but was never
in trouble (not even a traffic ticket) before that and definitely will
not be getting into trouble again! If nothing else, I have a
much different perspective on things now...much more respect for
anybody who helps someone get back on the right path. If you
have any knowledge of Colorado's laws on this, please let me know.
